Ghrï-tmunkéu Rudnoplu (/xrɪ/ /tmuŋˈxu/ [vibrant] [teenager; adolescent]) is a temperate Town located in the Áärvconks Principality of the City-state of Shayeli.

The name Ghrï-tmunkéu Rudnoplu is derived from the Gnollish language, as Ghrï-tmunkéu Rudnoplu was founded by Sindiel vyim Rovuldnreys, who was culturaly Gnollish.

Ghrï-tmunkéu Rudnoplu was founded durring the early 14th century in winter of the year 1316, by Sindiel vyim Rovuldnreys. The establishment of Ghrï-tmunkéu Rudnoplu was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Sindiel vyim Rovuldnreys struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Ghrï-tmunkéu Rudnoplu as a prison colony.

Ghrï-tmunkéu Rudnoplu was built using the conventions of Gnollish durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ghrï-tmunkéu Rudnoplu is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.

Ghrï-tmunkéu Rudnoplu is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow flagstone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Ghrï-tmunkéu Rudnoplu's robustly designed timber walls are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
